These live guided mindfulness sessions are 20 minutes long. They are guided by Rachel Ardagh, MSc MBI, and are suitable for those brand new to mindfulness, as well as those with a practice already.
Join us for the month of July every Monday and Friday morning from 7.40-8am. All you need is somewhere comfortable to sit, and a connection to Zoom. If you would like to register for these sessions please email Rachel on firstname.lastname@example.org for the Zoom link.
These sessions are offered freely but if you can afford it you might consider making a contribution to Insight Out Mindfulness, or a donation to one of these charities.
