Welcome to Insight Out Mindfulness

Insight Out Mindfulness is dedicated to offering a range of mindfulness based approaches including evidence based 8 week courses, introductory courses, bespoke training sessions for the workplace, retreats, and individual mindfulness sessions. 

Insight Out Mindfulness was founded by Rachel, a certified Mindfulness Teacher, and a Mental Health Occupational Therapist. Rachel is deeply committed to helping people find and take joy in, developing a mindfulness practice, and to see for themselves how this can help them uncover insights about how they can live life with more presence, compassion and openness.

Mindfulness Day Retreat/Day of Practice

This retreat is suitable for everyone, with or without a steady meditation practice. For those experienced with mindfulness the day provides an opportunity to deepen your practice in a gentle and supportive environment. If your practice has become a little rusty this is a great way to spring board you to bringing back a little more consistency. If you are new to mindfulness this is a lovely way to learn more about the practices that support us bringing more awareness and compassion into our life.
