Insight Out Mindfulness is dedicated to offering a range of mindfulness based approaches including evidence based 8 week courses, introductory courses, bespoke training sessions for the workplace, retreats, and individual mindfulness sessions.
Insight Out Mindfulness was founded by Rachel, a certified Mindfulness Teacher, and a Mental Health Occupational Therapist. Rachel is deeply committed to helping people find and take joy in, developing a mindfulness practice, and to see for themselves how this can help them uncover insights about how they can live life with more presence, compassion and openness.
