This free online session is a perfect taster for people curious about mindfulness.
The hour long session will include some information on what mindfulness is, and is not, and some brief mindfulness exercises. Rachel will also speak about upcoming courses including the 4 Week Introduction to Mindfulness, the 8 Week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Course, the 8 Week Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy. There will also be time for questions and answers.
